Information for Photographers for Wedding Worship Services

WEDDING COUPLE—PLEASE GIVE THIS SHEET TO YOUR

PHOTOGRPAHER(S) WHEN YOU MEET WITH THEM

Due to the pressure of things to do at the time of the rehearsal and before the wedding worship service, we ask that you contact our office at least 3 days before the wedding service if you have any questions.

Pictures may be taken in the sanctuary without flash from a place that is not conspicuous or distracting to the wedding party or other worshipers. You can use the side aisle or the back of the sanctuary during the service. If you are doing videotaping, you can tape from a side aisle, out of the sight line of the guests. We are not open to roaming photography during the service or pictures being taken from the chancel area We encourage the staging of wedding service pictures afterwards if necessary rather than to disrupt the service with the taking of pictures..

By your presence we ask that you not simply be taking pictures, but that you are part of the worshiping community in which this wedding is taking place
