      b.. Our leadership always prays for God's guidance rat= her than putting the issue up for a vote.

      c.. Our people spend more time working in the communit= y on behalf of the Kingdom than going to church meetings.

      d.. Our leaders care more for the fulfillment of the G= reat Commission than they do for the survival or health of their local church. <= o:p>

      e.. Our leaders weep over the spiritual condition of o= ur city more than they worry about the growth of our church.

      f.. Our leaders get more satisfaction over the baptism= of one person than they do over a million dollar gift.

      g.. Our church is almost totally free of major conflic= t.

      h.. The pastor is the key spiritual and administrative leader of our church.

      i.. If a group wanted to p= lant a church just down the street from our church, we would
